You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection principles (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU for customers located in EU member states). No justification is required for a return request within this period.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a full refund, the returned product must:
- Be in its original, sealed, and unopened packaging.
- Be returned within the 14-day window from the confirmed delivery date.
- Be accompanied by your order reference number or proof of purchase.
Opened or partially used products are not eligible for a refund unless the product is damaged or defective on arrival.
3. How to Request a Return

- Provide your name, order reference, and reason for return (optional).
- We will confirm the return address and provide a return authorisation number.
- Ship the product back in secure packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or another agreed method. We will contact you to arrange refund payment.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products (unless defective).

6. Defective or Damaged Products
